Appliance craft
Appliance method,electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dipping.
Film thickness,depend on client’s actual appliance situation, recommend film thickness under control between 300~500um.
Substrate pre-heat temperature, 200℃/10～25min ( adjust according to the thickness, size and film thickness requirement of work piece. )
Curing condition, 200℃/10min ( actual temperature of work piece surface. )

Do not recommend using this product outdoors.
Appliance thickness might be affected by gloss, color, appearance and physicochemical properties.
There will be difference between laboratory samples and production samples, it can be adjusted according to client’s appliance parameter.
Transportation and storage
Pack in box with net weight 20 or 25kg.
Non-dangerous article, no special transportation requirement.
Storage under 25℃ in cool dry place.
Shelf life, 6 months.
