◇ Applications:

NH8003/NH8606 are saturated carboxyl polyester resins for low gloss polyester/TGIC powder coatings by a dry blend procedure.

Compared with the products of other manufacturers, the curing degree of our powder coating film is also higher, and the transfer paper tearing performance of the film is better. It is more suitable for the preparation of hybrid polyester for heat transfer powder coating.

◇ Extrusion Condition:

Two-screw extruder

Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃

Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm

Fineness of powder: ＜100μm

Blending Extrude I and II with weight ratio 1:1 before grinding.

◇ Application Condition:

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV

Coating film thickness: 50～80μm

Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm

◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10min

◇ Film Properties:

Gloss(60°): ≤35%

Bending(φ2mm): Pass

Adhesive(1mm,grade): 0

Pencil hardness: 1H
