Super Durable Isocyanate Polyester Resin NH7807 with Good Flowability and Smudge Resistance
The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

NH7807 is a hydroxylated polyester resin for polyester/isocyanate powder coating system.

Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV
Film thickness: 50～70μm
Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm
◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×20min
